MESQUITE FLAVOURED MINI-BURGER SLIDERS
Ingredients
1 egg
½ cup bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. Southwestern Mesquite Rub & Seasoning
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic
2 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 lbs. (907 kg) ground beef
3 Tbsp. Sunset Gourmet’s Smoky Sweet Grilling Sauce
Instructions
Combine the first seven ingredients; add ground beef and gently mix. Turn grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate. Grill burgers for 2 minutes on each side, then move to a lower heat area of the grill. Cook another 5-6 minutes for well-done burgers. Brush with Sunset Gourmet’s Smoky Sweet Grilling Sauce in the last few minutes of cooking.
These burgers can also be cooked stove-top in a fry pan or baked in the oven at 400° F degrees for 8-9 minutes.
